Max now grounds its answers with citations you can click through and check: the exact tab it read in a Google Sheet, the page behind a web search, and for flux, the GL lines and variance calculation behind each comment

Max saves memories two ways: when you tell it to remember something, and automatically, by synthesizing memories twice a day from that day's conversations. Either way, context carries into your next chat.

Refresh the GL balance and the workbook balance for a rec with a button instead of waiting on the scheduled sync. A late entry posted to NetSuite can be re-tied in the same sitting.

Bank connections now run through a direct Plaid integration instead of routing through Quiltt, so feeds for matching and recs have one fewer hop to fail.

Recon data sources now support transformations, the same way JE Automation does, on either side of the rec. The processor file and the GL detail are shaped inside Maxima’s system of work rather than massaged in Excel before upload.
